Perrin Law Office offers mediation services for clients who wish to resolve their legal disputes through a non-adversarial process. Whether you choose in person mediation or remote mediation you will find a safe and calm place to work out your disagreements. Sometimes all you need is an impartial person who will actively listen to help you find a solution. Before mediation begins you will have a phone call with the mediator so that your questions about the process can be answered and so you can give the mediator an idea of your position.

 

On the day of the mediation, the mediation will begin with the participants in separate rooms and may continue that way throughout the mediation. A mediator is impartial. That means we are not working for either side. Our goal is to help you find a way to resolve their dispute. Our goal is to achieve an agreement in a setting that is respectful and productive. Our goal is to use our years of experience to make the experience pleasant and empowering to each participant.
